Such content may contain Protected Health Information ("PHI"), personally identifiable information, confidential business information, or other sensitive information.
C. Usage Information
We may automatically collect information regarding use of the Services, including: Search activity, Device lookup activity, Workflow activity, Features accessed, Session information, IP address, Browser information, Device information, Operating system information, Log files, Error reports, and Performance data.

MRI Checks uses cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, platform functionality, and operational efficiency. Examples include: Authentication cookies, Session management cookies, Security cookies, User preference cookies, Recently searched device information, Saved workflow settings, and User interface preferences.

Such technologies may be used to: Retrieve information, Analyze uploaded documents, Extract relevant information, Generate summaries, Generate conditionality summaries, Generate workflow outputs, Generate CPT-related documentation, and Improve information accessibility.
Users remain responsible for independently reviewing source materials and exercising professional judgment before relying upon any generated output.
DE-IDENTIFIED AND ANONYMIZED INFORMATION
MRI Checks may create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information derived from platform usage and uploaded content.
Such information may be used for: Research, Analytics, Benchmarking, Product development, Service improvement, Quality assurance, Security enhancement, AI model development, Machine learning, and Statistical reporting.
MRI Checks will not knowingly use identifiable patient information for AI training purposes except where authorized by applicable law, contractual agreement, or user authorization.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
MRI Checks may engage third-party service providers to support operation of the Services. Such providers may include: Cloud hosting providers, Artificial intelligence providers, Analytics providers, Payment processors, Security providers, Authentication providers, and Communication providers.
Current or future providers may include services utilizing cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data storage, communications, or analytics technologies. Such providers may change from time to time without notice.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
MRI Checks employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Security measures may include: Encryption, Secure cloud infrastructure, Access controls, Authentication systems, Role-based permissions, Audit logging, Monitoring systems, and Backup systems.
Although MRI Checks uses commercially reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission, storage, or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
HIPAA AND HEALTHCARE INFORMATION
MRI Checks is designed for use within healthcare and related industries and may process information subject to healthcare privacy and security requirements.
Users are responsible for ensuring they possess the authority and permissions necessary to upload, process, store, or disclose healthcare information through the Services.
Where required, MRI Checks may enter into separate Business Associate Agreements or other contractual arrangements governing Protected Health Information.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
MRI Checks does not sell personal information.
Information may be disclosed: To service providers supporting the Services, To authorized users designated by the account holder, To affiliated entities assisting in service delivery, To comply with legal obligations, To respond to lawful requests, To protect rights, safety, or security, In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets.
DATA RETENTION
MRI Checks retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain operational continuity.
Following account termination or subscription cancellation:
Information may be retained for up to ninety (90) days to facilitate account recovery, data export, customer requests, and operational continuity.
Users may request deletion of data during this period.
Users may request copies or exports of their data during this period.
MRI Checks may retain certain information beyond this period where required for: Legal compliance, Security purposes, Backup systems, Audit obligations, Fraud prevention, Dispute resolution, and Legitimate business purposes.
YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to applicable law, you may request: Access to your information, Correction of inaccurate information, Export of your information, Deletion of your information, Closure of your account.

MRI Checks may require verification before fulfilling certain requests.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Services are not intended for individuals below the age of majority in their jurisdiction. MRI Checks does not knowingly collect information from minors.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Services are intended primarily for use within the United States. Users accessing the Services from outside the United States acknowledge that information may be processed and stored within the United States or other jurisdictions where service providers operate.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
MRI Checks may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted through the Services and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services following publication of revised policies constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
